What an amazing place I think we got upgraded as the room was huge, mind blown by how luxurious this place was really made the trip extra special, on the evening we had some cocktails and James the barman was an amazing host really made us feel welcome and the cocktails were outstanding. Also went that extra bit further for me and arranged a nice bottle on ice for me and the Mrs to take back to the room. Overall will 100% come back again. Carparking is literally a stones throw away at qpark everything else is within walking distance all the staff were really friendly and helpful thanks everyone

I booked a double room for 2 adults but upon arrival I was pleased to find out I’d actually been given a 6 berth room with jacuzzi bath! The rooms are insane, decor is niche and absolutely to my taste….the feel is luxurious and opulent. The facilities provide everything you should require for a short trip, the restaurant and bar area is warm and cozy. Could not fault the helpful and friendly staff! Unfortunately this time I did not try the breakfast which is generously included in the price of the room but will defo be one of many reasons to return. 5⭐️

The receptionist was absolutely amazing so friendly,excellent at her job and made you feel very welcome as you arrived. She is an asset to your team and we cannot thank her enough for being so lovely and helpful and this is why we have rebooked due to how lovely she was and the rest of the team .The vibe was so chilled,no one rushing around the night staff,he was helpful as our tv would not work but he came and sorted it straight away.The man who ran the breakfast he was really helpful and friendly. This has been probably the most best of stays with everyone being so lovely and helpful.The room was amazing very clean etc .So thankyou so much xx

We were a hen party so loved the fact we were all able to stay together in the same rooms. The decor was great and gave the whole weekend a luxurious feel. The location was perfect and in stumbling distance (literally) of some great bars.

The lobby area is beautiful, high ceilings and beautiful decor. The staff at reception were polite and greeted us with a smile. Our room was on the second floor. To our surprise we had three very large beds for the two of us. The room was huge, beautifully decorated with nice features. An ironing board, iron, hair dryer, kettle tea, coffee etc and plenty of towels. The spa bath was brill after all the walking we did during the day. we were pleasantly surprised at breakfast as there was more than plenty to choose from hot and cold . Again the staff were polite. Thankyou for a lovely stay we will definitely return

The room was massive. The decor was beautiful. Beautiful golden wardrobe and dressing table. Beautiful wall paper , plush carpets and curtains, soundproof windows.. The spa bath and the shower were amazing. Beautiful lights, comfortable bed with excellent linen. Beautiful decor throughout the hotel, squeaky clean throughout..The hotel and the room exceeded my expectations... I took my sixteen year old daughter to celebrate her leaving school, she thought the room was like Beauty and the Beast...she loved it!!! The staff were all wonderful, allowed us to leave our luggage with them before and after checking out, to collect later. We went to see Wicked at the Empire Theatre, I highly recommend the Red City Hop on and off bus, that took us to all the landmarks throughout Liverpool. It only cost £12 per ticket and it was valid for 24 hours, we used it 3 times. I have returned home this evening and I have already booked the same room again in December. Great for sightseeing... Great for shopping.. Look out for John Lennons Rolls Royce upon your visit.... we spotted it twice... My teenage daughter and I had the time of our lives... Highly recommend this hotel folks...

Everything especially the jacuzzi bath....wow...!!!it was amazing...The room was really spacious and beds was comfortable. The breakfast was awesome ..!!!
